Before You Book
How early should I book my bridal makeup?
We recommend securing your date 3–6 months in advance, especially for weekends and peak wedding seasons. For highly popular dates, reserving even earlier is always safer.
Do you provide trial makeup sessions?
Yes. A bridal trial session can be arranged upon request. During the trial, we discuss your preferred style, review your outfits, and finalise the direction for both makeup and hairstyle before the wedding day.
What should I prepare before the makeup session?
Please arrive with a clean, makeup‑free face. Avoid strong acids or harsh treatments the night before, stay hydrated, and bring any inspiration photos or references you would like to share.
Is skin preparation included in the service?
Yes. Our bridal service includes professional skin preparation to ensure a smooth, long‑lasting finish. This is included in our bridal makeup packages and may include a hydrating mask and skincare steps tailored to your skin type on the day.
Are 3D lashes included?
Yes. We include customised 3D lashes designed to suit your eye shape and desired intensity – enhancing your eyes without feeling heavy or overpowering.
On Your Day & Payments
Do you provide hairstyling and hair accessories?
Yes. Bridal hairstyling is included in our bridal packages, along with a curated selection of elegant hair accessories to complement your gown, veil, and overall look.
Can you also style the groom?
Yes. Groom touch‑up can be provided when he is present at the same location and session as the bride. This includes light complexion correction and basic grooming for a polished, camera‑ready finish.
Is transportation included in the price?
Transportation within the Klang Valley is included in our bridal packages. For locations outside Klang Valley, additional travel fees may apply and will be quoted in advance.
How do I confirm my booking?
A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time slot. The remaining balance can be settled on or before the event day, according to the agreed payment method.
What if I need to change my booking date?
Date changes are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, but rescheduling cannot be guaranteed during peak seasons. Any changes should be communicated as early as possible.
