1. Booking & Appointments
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- A deposit (if applicable) is required to secure the booking.
- Appointment times are reserved exclusively for the client; late arrivals may result in a shorter session or rescheduling.
2. Payment
- Full payment is required before or on the day of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, E-wallet, Cash.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance to receive a refund or credit.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Services
- We provide makeup and hairstyling services as agreed upon during booking.
- Bridal services include makeup, hairstyle, and accessories as specified in the chosen package.
- Optional add-ons (e.g., groom touch-up, 3D lashes, skin preparation) will be applied if requested in advance.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients should arrive with clean, makeup-free skin unless otherwise specified.
- Any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions should be disclosed prior to the session.
- For bridal sessions, clients must provide accurate timing and location information.
6. Liability
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities from makeup products.
- Personal belongings must be kept secure; we are not responsible for lost items.
7. Intellectual Property
- All images, videos, and content created during makeup sessions remain the intellectual property of the artist, unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients may share photos for personal use; commercial use requires prior permission.
8. Privacy
- Client information and photos are confidential and used solely for service purposes or marketing with consent.

9. Modifications
